Conducted a structured 2-scenario QA test covering Homepage & Product Discovery (SC1) and the full Happy Path Order flow (SC2). Identified and documented 7 critical bugs — including a mandatory blood pressure field validation bypass, a React password input cursor bug blocking account creation, and raw Supabase error codes exposed to end users. Also identified 9 major UX issues and 4 improvement suggestions. All findings were delivered in a formal Excel QA report with test case IDs, severity ratings, steps to reproduce, screenshots references, and actionable recommendations for the dev team.
